About Kyle Gillespie

I moved from Galveston to the Houston area in 1990, beginning my career as a residential real estate appraiser. After several years working with residential properties I joined a commercial real estate appraisal firm in 1998. I worked as a state certified commercial real estate appraiser until December 2014 having traveled all over the country appraising commercial properties, with most of my work, however, in the Houston Metro Area. After nearly 18 years of appraising real estate, I decided to obtain my real estate license and work with a commercial real estate brokerage firm, assisting owners and investors with their commercial properties.
