Meet Marta
Started her career in risk management, working as Project Manager for credit insurance company in Warsaw, Poland. She graduated with her Master's degree in Economics - International Business Environment at Kozminski Academy, one of the highest rated private Universities in Europe. Marta moved to Houston in 2017 and started working at Educational Franchise, a startup company where she helped with business development, process building and franchise support.
She began working in Real Estate in early 2020 as transaction coordinator and executive assistant for Konrad Realty Group in Houston. One year later, she become a licensed Real Estate Agent to support the clients on a higher level as listing manager. Marta supported the process of luxury listings, marketing, and documents compliance. In 2023 Marta started to work as Director of Operations at Empower Home to support team of 10 agents in Houston office.
