About Roxana Aparicio

I was born and raised in a city of Argentina called Rosario. My father Francisco and my uncle Jose Luis are two Spanish immigrants that moved to Argentina and founded Sanatorio Mapaci SA; a Health Care Business, about fifty years ago. The family has managed it since then, so I can say I grew up surrounded by passion for medicine and business. I have worked as a Physician since 1997. I started my business career in 2003 as a member of the board of the Hospital , and later became the vice-president of the Hospital in 2017. Mother of three children, I decided to change the course of my life when my husband and life partner of over twenty five years, passed away at the age of 43. I was knocked by this sudden event in my life and I decided I needed a change. At that point, the time to start my own business had arrived. However, starting my own business was not the only change; I wanted to do it in a whole different country, with a completely different language, culture and society. Me and my kids moved to Houston in March of 2022 and that was when the new adventure started. It was not until a year ago that I discovered the Real Estate world and got absolutely passionate about it. Early last year, after learning how the process of flipping houses works, I bought, completed and sold two flip projects. Later on, in November of last year, I decided I wanted to get my Real Estate license and get as much knowledge and experience as possible through it. I have a strong feeling that Real Estate will be a new path to success for me and my business, and I know that getting licensed and joining the right brokerage is the first step to get there.
