Waukita grew up with a father who was the consummate remodeler--- which gave her a passion for real estate at a very early age. Additionally, she owns a design business, which has equipped her with invaluable knowledge and insight that allows her to assist her clients in visualizing a property's full potential. As a licensed Realtor in the Houston and Galveston areas since 2002, she has lived and worked in the Historic Heights, Piney Point Village/Memorial, Inside the Loop, and South Houston, as well as owning a vacation home in Galveston. Waukita welcomes the opportunity to share her vast knowledge and expertise in the Houston Metropolitan Areas, as well as in the Galveston community.
