It was originally part of a 4000+ acre tract of farmland and is now one of the wealthiest locations in Texas by per capita income. Most of the neighborhood is zoned to the Spring Branch Independent School District. Home prices in the last decade range anywhere from around $100,000 all the way up to around $6,000,000. Huge pine trees, carefully manicured lawns, and circle driveways adorn the properties. The neighborhood boasts an understated elegance.
