His early years were spent with his family's fire protection company, supporting the day-to-day needs of massive job sites during summers, breaks, and afternoons. His love of real estate grew as he watched land transform into towering buildings, deepening his understanding of the real estate industry.
Brendan's career in commercial real estate began with a summer internship in Los Angeles, providing him with valuable insights into local markets. He then transitioned into a fully licensed agent specializing in multifamily, office, and retail properties in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas over the past 3 years. Brendan has now returned to Houston, bringing the same high-level experience to his clients, and he is passionate about helping the next generation of commercial brokers.
