For as long as I can remember, my thoughts and focus have been on the elevation and empowerment of the world around me. My upbringing in team sports and Boy Scouts of America established a foundation on servant leadership, sending me on a quest to improve the lives of others through Athletic Training and Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston, As I began to peel back the layers of human behavior, a realization crystallized within me; Our physical and mental well-being are both greatest influenced by one thing, our environment. Your home is more than four walls and a roof, it is the springboard we rest and propel from while navigating life's complexities.
