With over a decade of experience as a preschool teacher, Jennifer brings a heart for service, organization, and community to her current role as Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams Metropolitan. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment for agents and helping others grow both personally and professionally.

At KW Metropolitan, Jennifer plays a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new agents and providing continued support throughout their careers. She:

Coordinates new agent intake and onboarding

Serves as the main point of contact for day-to-day agent needs

Oversees and manages the Market Center’s vendor sponsorship program

Helps maintain office systems, communication, and culture

Supports leadership initiatives and agent success events
