About Lorraine Coats

Born and raised in Houston and has long made Houston her permanent home. She comes from a background of 17 years as a Licensed Attorney and C-Level Executive and brings her skills at implementing proven corporate financial and governance strategies to bear when working with her commercial real estate clients. Lorraine Coats attended The University of Houston Law Center and earned a Juris Doctorate; she has been licensed by The State Bar of Texas since 2005 (SBOT#24047860.) She earned her B.A. degree in Plan II (Honors Liberal Arts) from The University of Texas at Austin.

She has had a distinguished career in corporate management and as a Trusted Business Advisor with real-life experience in all aspects of commercial operations and management. Her extensive corporate and start-up business experience in a variety of industry verticals makes her uniquely suited to serve commercial real estate buyers and sellers. Lorraine Coats entered the commercial Real Estate world to better serve her Coats Business Consulting LLC clients and hasn’t looked back. Lorraine Coats lives in Houston, Texas with her two teenage sons. She spends her free time writing short fiction and pursuing her love of cooking.
