Absolutely! I understand the frustration when real estate agents don't respond promptly. I prioritize clear communication and strive to reply as quickly as possible. While I have a daily schedule, I ensure to dedicate specific times for responding to texts, emails, and phone calls.

2. I've met Real Estate Agents who are dishonest. Are you?

Beyond real estate, I am a Houston Firefighter and I bring the same level of dedication and honesty as a first responder to every transaction. Putting the clients’ interests first; I prioritize the fiduciary trust placed in me, regardless of the commission size. As a first responder, we are often called upon when citizens are in their most vulnerable state. My background instilled in me discipline, attention to detail, and a strong sense of honesty and integrity. I pride myself on being approachable, and friendly. You can count on me for real estate expertise and a strong dose of honesty. My core values revolve around loyalty to family, clients, and friends. Additionally, I extend discounts to Veterans (active or retired), First Responders, Teachers, and Nurses as a token of appreciation for their contributions to society as well.

3. Do you have experience doing exactly what I need?

Until you share your specific needs, it's hard to say for sure. However, here are some areas where I excel: Selling my clients' homes as close to the list price as possible. Assisting with selling homes that didn't find success with previous agents Helping clients find and secure great deals on their next home. Ensuring a smooth real estate transaction.
