Sandra Marconi, team leader of The Marconi Team, epitomizes integrity, energy and hard work. After growing up in Port Arthur, Texas, she moved to the Houston area in 1979. Sandra excelled in jobs in the marketing field before she began her robust career in Real Estate in 2003. It has always been her heart’s desire for her business to be a family business. In 2013, her son, Justin, joined the team as the lead buyer’s agent.
When starting in real estate, Sandra was encouraged by a close mentor to never stop learning. As a result of this she invested in hiring a personal real estate coach and has encouraged her team members to do the same. With real estate being an industry that is always changing, she has made a commitment to continue to learn and understand the changes and the market and then share that information with her clients. Sandra uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem in her clients’ transactions helping all transactions proceed smoothly.
She leads, trains and motivates her team to communicate with their clients. She feels it is better to over communicate than to not communicate. Many clients have become friends by the end of their transaction and are considered a part of the family.
Sandra is a devoted wife to Dominic and a mother to four children and a son- in -law. She is very devoted to God and credits Him for her success in business. When taking a break, she enjoys vacations to the mountains for skiing and summer getaways to the beach to watch the waves roll in.

Justin Marconi Buyer Specialist joined the Marconi Team in 2013 after attending University of Houston. Justin came to Sandra and expressed his desire to help grow the family business. He was full of energy and knew that he would have to start at the bottom of the company and rise up from there so that he had a complete understanding of the Real Estate industry. Working with buyers first under the guidance of Sandra he quickly moved to taking care of all the buyers on his own. Justin has excelled in helping the buyers who have worked with The Marconi Team.
The uniqueness of him working with The Marconi Team is that he is a true Houstonian. Born and raised in the Northwest side of Houston Justin grew up and went to school through the Cy-Fair ISD system. In school he excelled in sports and academics and has continued to excel in the Real Estate Industry. Upper Kirby District is now where he resides and he loves living inside the loop.
He has a strong desire to help our Veterans and give back to them for their service to our country. With strong negotiating skills he has consistently helped buyers receive closing cost contribution from sellers.
As he continues to soar in the Real Estate Industry in Houston there is a keen desire to learn more and more as he knows this is a changing industry and he is willing to give it his all in helping buyers and sellers.
Living and working in Houston he can attest that Houston is an outstanding place to buy, sell and invest in. With a strong work ethic and negotiating skills his commitment is to protect his client’s best interest and to get them to the closing table with the least amount of stress.
You can sometimes find him in a record store looking at old records as he has a real love for old records and has a large record collection of his own. He has a strong commitment to his family and loves to spend time with them.
